SKF’s range of solutions for
conveyors, including the
three‑barrier solution, SE
housings and sealed spherical
roller bearings (SSRBs) for
extended service life in tough
conditions.
The company will also showcase
its SKF Enlight platform, which uses a
mobile app and special Bluetooth
enabled sensors to allow fast, simple
gathering of data from machinery,
and the SKF Remote Monitoring
Service, which makes it possible for
any site with internet access to
implement a world-class predictive
maintenance programme for periodic
or continuous monitoring of critical
machinery.
Telestack material
handling solutions
Northern Irish manufacturer of bulk
material handling equipment,
Telestack, will be exhibiting in
association with its two established
German dealers: Jürgen Kölsch GmbH
and Christophel GmbH. Its stand will
feature the TC424 tracked conveyor,
the TCL431 tracked conveyor and an
LF514 railcar loader.
A new electric screen
from Powerscreen
Powerscreen will host the global
launch of its new electrically driven
Warrior 1400XE mobile heavy‑duty
screen. According to the company, the
Warrior 1400XE has been designed to
meet the needs of customers for
whom electricity is a preferred power
source and opens up the possibility to
run the machine indoors. It can be
powered by electricity generated by
other Powerscreen models, e.g. the
Premiertrak 600. The Warrior 1400XE
builds on the standard Warrior 1400X
model with its single shaft, high
amplitude 3.6 m x 1.25 m screenbox
and the chassis riser option, giving
excellent stockpiling capacity. It also
has several important service and
maintenance features, including the
Powerscreen ‘Stay-Clean’ system
under the feeder and a jack-up screen
system allowing easy access for screen
media changes. Depending on feed
material the output capacity for this
machine is up to an impressive
500 tph. The company, which is part
of Terex Group, will also exhibit the
mammoth Premiertrak 600 jaw
crusher alongside the new screening
model.
New crushing technology
– Part 1: Tenova Takraf
Takraf will introduce its range of
primary and secondary sizers in
Munich – a new addition to the
German manufacturers product
portfolio that allows it to integrate its
own crushing equipment in its
complete mining solutions.
The company will showcase
standardised primary and secondary
sizers for various crushing
applications. The primary sizer
product range covers inlet sizes from
2.5 m to 4.0 m with a throughput of
up to 10 000 tph, while the secondary
sizer range covers inlet sizes from
2.0 m to 4.0 m with a throughput of
up to 3500 tph. “Both sizer product
ranges are suitable for the
comminution of all material types,
from standard to most challenging,”
the company said in a press release.
The new sizers enable quick and
easy changing of crushing segments,
as well as the use of advanced
wear-resistant materials, such as
hard-faced segments and tungsten
picks. “Other innovative solutions
include an inching drive for roll
maintenance, which increases safety
significantly, a heavy-duty drivetrain
system, [and] an efficient oil
lubrication system with a view to
greater environmental sustainability.”
Takraf’s facilities include an
in-house test facility where it can
conduct material tests across a wide
variety of conditions.
New crushing technology
– Part 2: Terex Finley
Staying with crushers and Terex
Finley will unveil its new I-140 direct
drive horizontal impact crusher for
recycling, mining and quarrying
applications. The I-140 includes the
robust and proven CR032 chamber for
excellent reduction ratios and high
consistency of product shape and has
been engineered to significantly
